At just 13, Jaiya Reign is our Chief Operating Officer, utilizing her leadership skills from school and basketball to ensure our day-to-day operations are efficient and effective. Meanwhile, our Chief Executive Officer, 10-year-old Jaylah Ryaan, has already shown her entrepreneurial spirit through bake sales and lemonade stands, and now brings her creative mind and superpowers (adhd) to Reigning Accessories, LLC.
Akilah Veasley is our Momager and she has committed to teaching us financial literacy and the development of the appropriate skills to successfully run a business.
